Arlo Shultis is a Part-Time Lecturer in Percussion at the Baylor University School of Music. Recognized as an “excellent timpanist” by the Baltimore Sun, he has extensive orchestral experience and has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Leon Fleischer, Mitsuko Uchida, and Marin Alsop.

As a chamber and solo performer, Shultis has played works like David Lang’s The Anvil Chorus and Xenakis’ Psappha. He was a member of the Yale Percussion Group and former Michigan Percussion Quartet, performing internationally at festivals such as the Stellenbosch International Chamber Music Festival in South Africa.
