Aria Aber is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at the University of Vermont. She holds a Wallace Stegner Fellowship from Stanford University and serves as poetry editor of Amulet and contributing editor at The Yale Review. Her work appears in prominent journals like The New Yorker, New Republic, and Granta.
Her debut poetry collection Hard Damage (2020) won the Prairie Schooner Book Prize and Whiting Award. An upcoming novel, GOOD GIRL, will be published in 2025 by Hogarth (US) and Bloomsbury (UK), with translations in multiple languages.
