Antonella Ianni

Antonella Ianni is an Associate Professor at the University of Southampton, specializing in theoretical economics. She holds a PhD and is affiliated with multiple research groups including the Institute for Life Sciences, Economic Theory and Experimental Economics, and the Centre for Behavioural Experimental Action and Research (C-BEAR). Research interests focus on Microeconomic theory (Game Theory, Social Learning, Network Theory), Political Economy (Behavioural Voting Models, Public Opinion Dynamics), Macroeconomic theory (Non-Ergodic Growth), and applications of Big Data to Public Health, particularly analyzing social networks related to non-communicable diseases. She has conducted projects funded by the British Academy and has explored analytical methods in Reinforcement Learning.
