Ans De Vos

Ans De Vos is a Professor at Antwerp Management School (AMS), holding the SD Worx Chair in 'Next Generation Work: Creating Sustainable Careers'. She also serves as Associate Dean for Education and coordinates the Next Generation Work expertise center. Her academic journey includes a Master's in Psychology (KULeuven), an HRM degree (University of Antwerp/AMS), and a PhD from the University of Ghent (2002) on psychological contracts in new employees.
