Yasin Rofcanin

Yasin Rofcanin is a Professor and Chair of Organisational Psychology and HRM at the University of Bath School of Management, serving as Co-Director of the Centre for Future of Work. He holds visiting professorships at National University of Singapore, IESEG School of Management, and Boğaziçi University. His research focuses on flexible work practices, work-family enrichment, and employee proactive behaviors. Key contributions include studies on idiosyncratic deals (I-deals), family supportive supervisor behaviors, and work engagement. He serves as Associate Editor of *Human Relations* and editorial board member of multiple journals.
