Anna Ressi

Anna Ressi is an Assistant Professor of Economics, Management and Organization at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, affiliated with the Management Group. She holds a doctoral degree in Organization and Institutional Economics from Karl-Franzens University Graz (2018) and previously worked as a postdoc at the Chair of Organization Theory.

Research Interests: Anna Ressi’s work bridges industrial, institutional, and organizational economics with behavioral economics. Her methodological approach includes microeconomic model theory, laboratory experiments, and field experiments, focusing on questions like the impact of relative performance evaluations on employee group selection, character traits linked to misreporting in moral dilemmas, and consumer information asymmetry in credence goods markets.
