Angel Fay is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the School of Engineering and Cyber Systems, U.S. Coast Guard Academy. A graduate of USCGA (B.S. 2018) and Oregon State University (M.S. 2023), she teaches courses including Environmental Engineering I – Lab, Civil Engineering Materials – Lab, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. As a rotating military faculty member, she combines academic instruction with mentoring future Coast Guard officers.
Her research interests focus on coastal and ocean engineering applications, environmental engineering systems, and data visualization techniques. She also contributes to athletics as an assistant coach for the USCGA Women’s Ice Hockey team.
