Corinna M. Fleischmann serves as Dean of the School of Leadership and Management and Interim Professor in the Department of Management at the United States Coast Guard Academy (CGA). A licensed Professional Engineer and U.S. Coast Guard Captain, she has been a faculty member since 2004 and led the Civil and Environmental Engineering Program (2017-2021). Her expertise spans water resources engineering, coastal resiliency, construction project management, and engineering education.
