Andrew Rowe

Andrew Rowe is a Senior Lecturer at the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, specializing in organizational learning, team dynamics, and public-private partnerships. He completed his PhD at the University of Essex with research on collective learning in teams and contributed to studies on service delivery in public-private partnerships at Cranfield University.
