Catrina Page serves as a Tutor in the People and Performance department at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, teaching Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programs since joining in 2017.

Research Interests: Catrina's work centers on workplace experiences of menopause transition, particularly in high-stress sectors like policing and healthcare. Her research bridges strategic leadership, change management, and decent work initiatives through the RISE digital evaluation project. As a first-generation university student, she champions inclusive educational practices and collaborates with Talking Menopause on evidence-based workplace interventions.

Research Output Trends: Her publications reveal a critical focus on gender equity in occupational health, analyzing systemic barriers faced by menopausal employees. The works combine qualitative field research with policy analysis, emphasizing sector-specific solutions for public institutions and private enterprises.

Advising and Professional Engagement: Catrina provides dedicated academic support as Personal Tutor for Level 4 HRM students and Level 6 dissertation supervisor. Externally, she serves as board director for Walk the Plank Arts and consults for SMEs in the Arts and Events sector on HR strategy, student enterprise partnerships, and data management systems developed during her 15-year advertising/media career.

Teams and Collaborations: She actively contributes to Manchester Met's Decent Work and Productivity research platform and partners with the Office for Students on the RISE project, while maintaining research alliances with Talking Menopause and public sector organizations.
