Andrea Reid

Dr. Andrea Reid is a Senior Lecturer in Business Communication at Ulster University Business School's Department of Management, Leadership and Marketing. Based at the Jordanstown Campus, she contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through research focused on SME economics, relationship marketing, and customer management.
