Amir Jaima

Dr. Amir Jaima is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Texas A&M University (TAMU), specializing in Africana Philosophy, Aesthetics, and Black Male Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from SUNY Stony Brook (2014) and a BA from Swarthmore College. His research bridges continental philosophy, Black aesthetics, and gender/genre theory, with a focus on the intersections of race, literature, and epistemology.
