Education:
- PhD in Human Performance (Exercise Science specialization) from Middle Tennessee State University
- MS from University of North Alabama
- BS from University of North Alabama
Research Interests: Dr. Korak investigates muscle activation patterns via electromyography during functional movements, force production dynamics, and joint torques in strength training contexts. His work extends to kinetics, kinematics, maximal oxygen consumption, lactate analysis, creatine supplementation effects, dehydration impacts, and resistance training recovery protocols. He actively integrates contemporary research findings into experiential classroom applications, emphasizing hands-on learning in exercise physiology and biomechanics.
