Николина Ћирић is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Geotechnics and Transportation, Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. She holds a Master's degree in Engineering Geology from the University of Belgrade's Rudarsko-geološki Faculty and is currently pursuing a PhD in Geology there. Her professional interests span geodynamics, tectonics, and engineering geology.
She joined the Faculty of Technical Sciences in 2023 as a teaching associate, later appointed as an assistant-master in 2024. She conducts lectures and laboratory exercises in geology-related subjects. Prior to this, she gained pedagogical experience at the Geosciences Program of the Petnica Science Center, organizing seminars and mentoring student research projects.
Her career includes industrial experience in geological surveys and scientific publication editing. She actively promotes geosciences through various events and conferences. She is a member of the Serbian Geological Society and the Chamber of Mining and Geological Engineers of Serbia. She resides in Novi Sad and is fluent in English and conversant in French.
