Dr. Șeican Valeria serves as Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Science and Advisor to the Rector for International Relations at Moldova State University of European Studies (USEM), alongside her concurrent position as University Senior Lecturer in Musicology at the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts.
