Şendre Doinița

Şendre Doinița is a Professor at the Faculty of Management-Marketing, Department of Management-Marketing of the Romanian-American University. She graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and earned her PhD in Management in 2004. With 12 years of experience in academic quality assurance and university management, she has served as an expert evaluator for ARACIS (Institutional Evaluation Committee for Managerial and Financial Activities) since 2013. Her research focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, managerial strategies, and organizational culture, with over 50 published articles and participation in 17 major projects including CEEX, PNCDI, PHARE, and ERASMUS+.

Her current research explores methods of changing leaders and organizations within the new economic paradigm. Outside academia, she enjoys tennis and painting.
