Şafak Kiran is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Karadeniz Technical University, where he has been serving since 2018. He holds a doctorate in Health Management from Sakarya University (2023), a master’s degree from Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (2018), and a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Hacettepe University (2011).
