İsmail Rakıp KARAŞ

Prof. Dr. İsmail Rakıp KARAŞ is a full-time faculty member at Karabük University's Engineering Faculty, Department of Computer Engineering. He holds the rank of Professor since 2017 and has extensive academic experience spanning over two decades, including roles as Head of Department, Dean, and Deputy Head of Department. His research focuses on Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Image Processing, with notable contributions to 3D GIS, smart evacuation systems, and machine learning applications in environmental monitoring.
