Özlem KARADAĞOĞLU is a Professor at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Nutrition, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kafkas University. She has held academic positions since 2006, including roles as Department Head (2013-2020) and Vice Dean (2016-2017). Her research focuses on animal nutrition, feed additives, and nutritional diseases in poultry and ruminants.

Recent publications emphasize probiotics, chia seeds, and essential oils in improving productivity and health in poultry and ruminants. She has secured multiple research grants from higher education institutions and contributed to 21 scientific projects.
