Prof. Özge Sakaryali holds a Professorship at the Department of Child Development within the Faculty of Health Sciences at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. She has held academic positions at Düzce University and Necmettin Erbakan University, progressing from Research Assistant (2002) to Associate Professor (2021). Her academic journey includes a B.Ed. from Selçuk University (2002), M.Ed. (2005), and Ph.D. (2013) in Social Sciences. She has served as Department Chair (2021-2023) and Deputy Dean at Alanya University.
Her research focuses on early childhood development, teacher training, and psychosocial challenges faced by children. Key areas include preschool teacher job satisfaction, bullying dynamics in early education, and emotional intelligence in educators. She has authored over 15 peer-reviewed articles in journals like European Journal of Education Studies and Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Dergisi, emphasizing practical solutions for educational challenges.
Prof. Sakaryali has organized major academic events including the International Children Rights Congress (2017) and Erken Çocukluk Eğitimi Sempozyumu. She actively contributes to scientific committees and editorial boards in child development and education. Her work integrates theoretical frameworks with practical pedagogical strategies to enhance early childhood education systems.
