Çağdaş Işıkay

Çağdaş Işıkay is an Assistant Professor at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management, where he specializes in hospital management. His publication trend shows a consistent focus on organizational behavior in healthcare settings, with particular emphasis on nurse experiences and hospital administration challenges. Over the past five years, his research has increasingly addressed disaster management in healthcare and health tourism, reflecting evolving priorities in the healthcare sector.
