Álvaro Salas-Castro is a Lecturer at the Brooks School of Public Policy, Cornell University. He teaches the course "Navigating Public-Private Partnerships" in the Executive MPA program. Additionally, he holds affiliate faculty positions at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.
