Dr. Hongmin (Jess) Yan is a Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the School of Business, UNSW Canberra. Holding a PhD in Management from The University of Queensland and multiple advanced degrees in business and public administration, she focuses on workplace ethics, wellbeing, and technology adaptation. Jess's work bridges technology ethics with practical workplace solutions, emphasizing CSR's role in safety and neurodivergent inclusion.
