Jordi Guitart Fernández is a Professor at the Department of Computer Architecture, Barcelona School of Informatics (FIB), Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). He is also affiliated with the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS), a leading national supercomputing facility. He leads the CROMAI research group, focusing on Computing Resources Orchestration and Management for AI. His work bridges high-performance computing, cloud systems, and artificial intelligence.
