Russ Joseph is an Associate Professor in both the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Computer Science at Northwestern University. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University (201?), an M.A. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
