Scientific recognition includes: SIPBS Athena Swan Researchers' Prize (2019) Scottish Pharmacist Award for Innovation & Change in Pharmacy Practice (2015) She has supervised MPharm, MSc, and PhD students while securing significant funding from Scottish Government, NHS Scotland, Public Health Scotland, and industry partners including Boots PLC. Major projects include the Cancer Medicines Outcomes Programme (CMOP-PHS) and the Macmillan Rural Palliative Care Pharmacist Practitioner Project. Dunlop co-chairs the Scottish Cancer PROMs Advisory Group and leads the STRATHLab organizational unit, driving collaborative initiatives between academia, NHS, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
