Plinio Morita is an Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo's School of Public Health Sciences, with cross-appointments in Systems Design Engineering (University of Waterloo) and the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (University of Toronto). He holds positions as a Research Scientist at the Centre for Global eHealth Innovation and Techna Institute (University Health Network).
