Jesús Fontecha

Dr. Jesús Fontecha is a Professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), holding a position in the Department of Technologies & Information Systems. He serves as Secretary of the Department and is a researcher in the Modelling Ambient Intelligence Research Group (MAmI) and the Technological Institute of Information Systems (ITSI). His academic journey includes a Ph.D. awarded by UCLM in 2014.

His research focuses on Ubiquitous Computing, Smart Health, mHealth, Context Awareness, Frailty Analysis, Gait Analysis, and Data Visualization. He has contributed over 18 JCR-indexed publications and sits on the editorial boards of multiple journals. Recent projects emphasize Healthcare collaborations with academic and corporate partners.
