Şefik Emre COŞKUN is a Lecturer at Near East University's Faculty of Health Sciences, specializing in Project Management and Technology Transfer. He holds an IPMA Level B certification and serves as President of GÜNSEL Academy. His career includes roles in project management at Dokuz Eylül University and Near East University, where he established key structures like the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) and participated in EU-funded initiatives such as Bioİzmir. He teaches courses on project management, quality management, and healthcare technology. He volunteers with FIRST Foundation in global robotics competitions, serving as Jury Coordinator and National Planning Committee member since 2019. COŞKUN’s professional experience spans project management consulting for entrepreneurs via DEGA programs, TÜBİTAK projects, and international collaborations. He has managed numerous EU grants and contributed to the development of Fab-Lab and Maker Lab infrastructure. His work emphasizes bridging academia and industry through technology transfer and innovation acceleration.
