Sara Yadollahi serves as Research Faculty at the Organization for Educational Research and Planning (Institute for Educational Studies and Research) since 2020 while concurrently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy and working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Education at the University of Bath. Her dual roles bridge Iranian educational research and UK academic training, focusing on psychometric methodologies and special education implementation. Her academic credentials include: Doctor of Philosophy in Psychometrics from Allameh Tabataba'i University (2010-2016) Master of Arts in Psychometrics from Allameh Tabataba'i University (2006-2009) Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from University of Tabriz (2002-2006) Sara's research demonstrates methodological rigor in psychometrics and cultural specificity in Iranian educational contexts. She investigates teacher experiences with sensory-impaired students through qualitative frameworks, develops assessment tools for learning disabilities using factor analysis, and pioneers game-based interventions for ADHD. Her work consistently addresses the practical implementation gap between Western-developed educational theories and Iran's unique classroom realities, particularly regarding resource constraints and cultural norms in special education. Analysis of her 22 publications reveals three dominant trajectories: (1) Special education adaptation for Iranian students with sensory/cognitive disabilities, (2) Psychometric validation of assessment tools like WISC-IV within Middle Eastern contexts, and (3) Mental health interventions for educators and students during crises like the Covid-19 pandemic. Her methodological approach uniquely blends quantitative structural equation modeling with phenomenological qualitative analysis. Her accolades include: Registered Psychometrician Certification (2024) Vice Chancellor's International Scholarship (2025) National ranking distinctions for graduate entrance exams Sara leads significant research initiatives as Principal Investigator on projects examining teacher-student dynamics in special education and elementary assessment frameworks, while serving as Co-Investigator on digital addiction studies. She actively mentors graduate students as Main Supervisor and Co-supervisor, and contributes to academic discourse through peer review for the Journal of Exceptional Children and Psychological Research. Her external collaborations span Islamic Azad University and Iran's Ministry of Education institutions. Her research network operates through the Organization for Educational Research and Planning's national infrastructure, coordinating with provincial educational bodies and universities to implement evidence-based practices. Current projects indicate expanding focus on trauma-informed education following pandemic disruptions.
