Pierre Lermusiaux is the Nam Pyo Suh Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Associate Department Head for Operations Research at MIT. His research focuses on numerical ocean modeling, data assimilation, uncertainty quantification, and applications to ocean dynamics and engineering.
