Jan Paul Vandenbroucke is a Dutch academic and Professor of Clinical Epidemiology at Aarhus University, Denmark, and Honorary Professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His career spans institutions including Leiden University Medical Center (1986-2015), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (1994-2010), and Erasmus University Rotterdam (PhD, 1981).
