Dr. Patricia Lau is a Senior Lecturer (Education-focused) at Monash University Malaysia, School of Business, within the Faculty of Business and Economics. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership, with a strong focus on human resource development and environmental sustainability. She is accepting PhD students and contributes significantly to pedagogical innovation and scholarly discourse. Her research interests include: Green Human Resource Management Organizational Behavior Training and Development Workplace Spirituality Employee Well-being Higher Education and Lifelong Learning Dr. Lau's recent publications reflect a consistent focus on the intersection of HR, sustainability, and organizational culture. Her work spans topics such as green employee development, workplace spirituality during crises, empowerment in hospitality, and virtual learning in higher education.
