Dr. Jylana L. Sheats is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social, Behavioral, and Population Sciences at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She serves as Course Director for Social Innovation Tools and is actively involved in interdisciplinary research and teaching.
