MinSoo Kim-Bossard is an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), affiliated with the School of Education and the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education . Their work bridges multicultural education , immigrant studies , and inclusive pedagogy , with a focus on cultural identity and language dynamics in early childhood settings.
