Toloe Allahghadry is an Academic employee at the University of Copenhagen's Department of Veterinary and Animal Sciences within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. Her research focuses on antimicrobial resistance mechanisms in poultry pathogens, particularly Gallibacterium anatis, with active collaborations evidenced by recent co-authorships. Her core research interests include antimicrobial resistance, veterinary microbiology, bacterial pathogenesis, molecular epidemiology, and bacterial genetics. She investigates genetic determinants of antibiotic resistance in avian pathogens and develops innovative laboratory methodologies for bacterial culture processing, addressing critical challenges in veterinary infectious diseases. Analysis of her 2021-2023 publications reveals a concentrated research trajectory on Gallibacterium anatis resistance mechanisms, spanning molecular diagnostics of quinolone resistance, clonal spread patterns in Iranian poultry populations, and centrifugation-free bacterial culture protocols. This work demonstrates interdisciplinary integration of molecular biology, epidemiology, and laboratory innovation within veterinary microbiology. Dr. Allahghadry maintains active research collaborations with institutions reflected in her publications, including co-authorship with A. M. Bojesen and international researchers. Her work appears in high-impact journals such as Antibiotics , Journal of Applied Microbiology , and Veterinary Research , with multiple publications receiving significant citations and downloads.
