Dr. Manuel Miró Lladó is a full Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the University of the Balearic Islands and a Visiting Professor at Charles University (Czech Republic). He serves as Deputy Director of Scientific and Technical Services and leads the FI-TRACE research group. PhD in Analytical Chemistry (UIB, 2002) Postdoctoral research at Technical University of Berlin, Technical University of Denmark, and BOKU (Austria) His research focuses on automated methods for trace pollutant analysis in environmental samples, leveraging flow analysis, 3D-printed devices, mesofluidic systems, and coupling with chromatography/spectrometry. He has contributed to environmental monitoring , exposomics , and bioavailability studies . With 231 scientific publications and an h-index of 44, his work spans environmental chemistry, flow-based automation, and analytical science. He has delivered 74 invited oral presentations and presented 206 posters internationally.
