Dr. Joel Gelman is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Urology at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He serves as the Director of the Center for Reconstructive Urology at UCI Medical Center, where he has been a faculty member since 1998. Dr. Gelman is a world-renowned expert specializing in male urethral and penile-genital reconstructive surgery with over 1,400 reconstructive procedures performed throughout his career.
