Ravi Dhar is the George Rogers Clark Professor at the Yale School of Management and holds an affiliated appointment as a Professor of Psychology at Yale University. He serves as Director of the Center for Customer Insights , focusing on consumer behavior, branding, and marketing strategy through psychological and economic frameworks.
