Emil J. Straube is a Professor of Mathematics at Texas A&M University, where he has held the rank of Professor since 1996 and served as Department Head from 2011 to 2019. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) in 1983 under Prof. K. Osterwalder. His research focuses on Several Complex Variables, with emphasis on the ∂-Neumann problem, Bergman kernel, and boundary regularity of solutions to Cauchy-Riemann equations.
