Andriy Volodymyrovych Ivanchenko serves as Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Socio-Economic Development and Youth Policy at Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. Holding a PhD in Public Administration and the academic title of Associate Professor, he has contributed to the university since 2002. His leadership encompasses scientific research development, educational innovation, socio-economic initiatives, and youth policy implementation across the institution. His scholarly work examines state regulation of employment in Ukraine, workforce management during crisis periods including martial law, and psychological foundations of professional development. He has made significant contributions to understanding employment mechanisms, youth policy frameworks, and HR management under challenging conditions. His interdisciplinary approach effectively bridges public policy, psychology, and organizational management. His recent publications demonstrate a clear progression toward addressing contemporary challenges: digital transformation in education and administration, psychological aspects of career development during wartime, AI applications in organizational management, and sustainable business practices. His work increasingly integrates psychological expertise with public administration, with particular focus on how individuals and organizations adapt to crisis conditions and digital environments.
