Alla Mykhailivna Tkachenko

Professor Alla Mykhailivna Tkachenko serves as Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities at National University Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic. With a Doctor of Economics degree and Professor academic title, she has established herself as a leading expert in economic management and business development. Her academic career spans decades, during which she has significantly contributed to the development of economic science in Ukraine.

Professor Tkachenko holds a degree in Economics from Lviv Institute of Trade and Economics (1974), specializing in accounting. She earned her Candidate's degree in 1999 with thesis "Organization of control in the management system" and Doctoral degree in 2005 with dissertation "Organization of controlling and internal audit in the management system of an industrial enterprise" from the Institute of Industrial Economics of the NAS of Ukraine.

Her research focuses on Innovation, Crisis Management, and Potential in Board Management, with significant contributions to enterprise economics, strategic management, and economic security. Professor Tkachenko has published over 280 scientific works, including 6 indexed in SCOPUS, with recent publications examining ESG competitiveness, startup ecosystems, clean production technologies, and economic security in agribusiness.

Her extensive publication record demonstrates consistent focus on business adaptation to changing economic conditions, competitive strategy development, and sustainable business practices. Recent research shows particular interest in digital transformation, environmental challenges, and the evolving investment landscape with emphasis on ESG factors.
