Robert Soulé is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Yale University, and holds an Adjunct Professor position at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) in Lugano, Switzerland. His research focuses on distributed systems, networking, and applied programming languages, with notable contributions to in-network computing, consensus protocols, and energy-efficient systems. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his Ph.D. from New York University, followed by postdoctoral work at Cornell University.
