Dr. Feng (Chris) An is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Queensland. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University (2023) and joined UQ in 2024. His research focuses on renewable energy power conversion, power electronics topology/control, and optimized power system operation with integrated power electronic devices. He is a reviewer for top-tier journals like IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics and has been recognized in the Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List 2024. Education: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, 2023 Research Interests: Renewable energy systems, power electronic converters, grid integration, energy storage systems, and power system modeling. Publications: Over 16 peer-reviewed articles in journals like IEEE Transactions and conference proceedings, focusing on DC transformers, energy storage, and grid resilience.
