Scott J. Shackelford is a Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with affiliations as Executive Director of the Ostrom Workshop and Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research. He also serves as an Affiliated Scholar at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center and Stanford’s Center for Internet and Society.
