Ruth Cherrington is a business-facing academic at the University of Exeter Business School, specializing in circular economy, sustainable business practices, and environmental management. She serves as Programme Director for the MSc Environmental Management in Cornwall, focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration and experiential learning. Her research explores sustainable practices' organizational embedding, community values, and place-based strategies. She has developed innovative teaching modules integrating nature-inspired designs, circular principles, and socio-environmental impact analysis. Ruth is affiliated with the Exeter Centre for Circular Economy and the Centre for Entrepreneurship, bridging academic research with practical applications.
