Milton de Sousa is an Associate Professor at Nova School of Business & Economics in the Department of Management and Organizations, where he served as director of international development and academic director of CEMS MiM. He co-founded the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center and brings nearly 30 years of professional experience spanning engineering, consulting, and entrepreneurship, including 14 years in the Netherlands.
