Anthony Papavasiliou is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Previously, he held the ENGIE Chair as an Associate Professor at Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) and received the 2018-2021 Franqui Foundation Research Professorship. His research focuses on operations research, electricity market design, power system operations, and renewable energy integration. He holds a BSc from NTUA and MSc/PhD from UC Berkeley, where he collaborated with Professor Shmuel Oren.
