Dr. E. John Ward is an Associate Professor in Infrastructure Planning at The Bartlett School of Planning, University College London , where he also serves as Director of the MSc Infrastructure Planning, Appraisal and Development . His work bridges quantitative and qualitative methodologies in infrastructure appraisal, focusing on Cost-Benefit Analysis , Multi-Criteria Analysis , and Strategic Risk Mitigation .
