Dr. E. John Ward is an Associate Professor in Infrastructure Planning at The Bartlett School of Planning, University College London, where he also serves as Director of the MSc Infrastructure Planning, Appraisal and Development. His work bridges quantitative and qualitative methodologies in infrastructure appraisal, focusing on Cost-Benefit Analysis, Multi-Criteria Analysis, and Strategic Risk Mitigation.
